Hello, I am Pastor Karen Jethroe. Welcome to the ministry of W.I.V.E.S. (women interceding victoriously, expectantly, & sagaciously). W.IV.E.S. began in 2006 out of a desire that God surprisingly placed in my heart. The purpose of the ministry is to bring honor back to the institution of marriage for the glory of God.
I have personally been married to my husband Dennis for 35 years. We married very young and even though we were both Christians, it did not take away the challenges that many young couples face. We’ve had our share of money problems, children problems, personality clashes, power struggles, etc. There was once a long period of time when I did not know from day to day if the marriage would last. But thank God through much prayer, tenacity, and submission to the Holy Spirit we are enjoying a wonderful marriage together.
The goal of W.I.V.E.S. is to save marriages, plain and simple.
